If you do not agree, please do not use the application. 2. Use of the Application You agree to use WriterNext only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of WriterNext are owned by GOKLAB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. User Content You retain ownership of any content you create within WriterNext. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the application. 5. Prohibited Activities You agree not to: - Use the app for any illegal purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality - Upload malicious code or content 6. Limitation of Liability WriterNext is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. 7.
